walters 3.11.2007

the show at walters with margot, co-pilot and iam trees was beautiful. we played with some truly amazing houston bands. i personally love co-pilot and right now have their song playing on my account. to see them live was even more amazing, to actually share a stage was an honor. margot was a humbling experience...their guitar work and stage presence is nothing short of glory. hopefully, we can all play with one another again. we seem to have found some like-minded bands here in houston.

core was not there and that was amiss (for me at least). she has been a staple in this sadness and to not have her there was simply incomplete. we love and miss her.

on a side note, for those that cannot grasp:
we play only because we have to. this is our therapy, our medication and our addiction. you hear what you hear because it has to have some way to come out.

all aged

alot has been going on since the last entry. we have two new members, scott and justin. we have been together a little more than a month but the beauty we are creating is nothing short of amazing. we have almost an entire new set which will be played this sunday at walters. we play with two other really great houston bands, co-pilot and margot. i am excited about sharing a stage with them... i saw margot years ago with love me destroyer when corby was playing with them. they are so tight, and from what i have heard of co-pilots new stuff i am really taken in.
